Rain, Sleet, Heavy Snow Expected Thursday Night Into Friday Evening

Another major storm is heading for the northeast Thursday night into Friday night. This storm will bring rain sleet and heavy snow to the Hudson Valley. Greater amounts of snow will fall in northern locations and higher terrains. Expect rain/freezing precipitation to become heavy snow by Friday morning. The exact amount of snow depends on the track and timing of the system which may change. These numbers are estimates. Areas north and west of the Hudson Valley could see anywhere from 10-16 inches of snow. The Hudson Valley could see amounts of 5-10 inches of snow
