           Steven Augustine was severely beaten and left in a coma on Monday night, the 28th of May 2018. The murder, Charles L. Miles of Greenkill Avenue, Kingston; was charged Thursday The 31st 2018 with misdemeanor assault. A Kingston city police official said that the law does not allow for a felony charge against the suspect, Charles L. Miles. Steven a father of two passed away Friday April 17th, 2020 after battling 23 Months in a coma. His attacker, Charles Miles,

 was jailed on a misdemeanor charge and was held only 72 days in custody. Miles received a one-year sentence at the county jail, for what was supposedly a one-punch attack. Why did the former District Attorneys only charge Miles with a misdemeanor?? Far less guilty individuals are handed down felony's and fucked over by our system. Why the hell this Mr.Miles get away with this horrific act of violence?? Was there a connection between Miles, Kingston, and URGENT?? Why won't they release video footage to the family of the incident?? There is a lot of questions that remain unanswered. Our community, and leaders have lacked any compassion, and went along let this murder go free!! Our deepest condolence to the Family, and Friends of Steven. Our community suffers the horror of this act that has caught national and worldwide attention due to the lack of action involved. Please leave your thought, comment, share below.     I have never seen a mother more devoted. This attack devastated the family. It is killers on the loose. Going through the numerous facebook pages of fiance to Miles, Deidre Wood, it is very apparent she is cold hearted. Guessing with all her accounts she catfishes too. One page she says in her intro "I am the one you love to hate." If the tapes from the local business were not destroyed there is no doubt in my mind she gave some kicks in herself. She and a Jamie Golowski were also at the scene and left Steven lying there bleeding after their vicious attack. They all need to be held accountable,
